A large community room features 2-story high ceilings with full-height windows, and a green roof provides a unique outdoor living space overlooking the historic downtown Chambersburg streets.

Parkview Corner exceeds energy efficient requirements of ENERGY STAR® 3.0B, for 100% electric dwellings/building using all ENERGY STAR appliances and high-energy efficiency construction exceeding HERS Index of 60 or less.
