Our History

EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction has been in business since 1990 and serves a wide range of markets throughout Southcentral PA and surrounding areas. The decision to start the company grew out of ongoing interest from EGS residential customers to start a commercial business that was as dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction as our homebuilding side of the business.

More than 25 years later, our customer-focused philosophy and dedication to quality craftsmanship still guide us. Our experienced team hangs their hat on being a customer advocate for our clients, which is why much of our commercial work comes from repeat clients.
