Red Clay Manor is a first-of-its-kind affordable housing community located in the PA borough of Kennett Square. Designated for seniors 62 years and older, Red Clay provides housing to households that are earning a limited percentage of the area’s median income.

Located on a former industrial site on the west side of town, the $11.1 million project includes a three-story building that features 60 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a community room, and community gardens.
