EGStoltzfus Commercial Team Earns Excellence in Construction Award
EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction was honored to be a Merit Award recipient at the 2020 ABC Excellence in Construction Awards, sponsored by The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). The Merit Award was received for The Woods at Warwick Woodlands project at Moravian Manor.
Located in Lititz, PA, Moravian Manor is one of Lancaster County’s most respected names in retirement living and senior care. EGStoltzfus served as the general contractor for their newest campus addition, The Woods at Warwick Woodlands.
The Woods features luxury apartments for over 50 residents, each with open-concept floor plans for convenient living. At the heart of The Woods building is The Oaks Campus Center, home to several common spaces including the Owl’s Nest Restaurant & Sippery, The Fireside Lounge, The Hall of Fame, and the Tree Top Terrace – a 2,500 sq. ft. rooftop garden patio complete with an outdoor kitchen, grilling station, fire pit, lounge areas, and 360-degree views of the neighborhood. 2020 marks the 31st year for the esteemed Excellence in Construction awards program, which recognizes local member contractor firms for their outstanding work on recently completed construction projects in the central PA region.
This year’s event, typically drawing nearly 400 attendees, was held virtually this year and broadcast live on December 10th to contractors, project owners, design professionals, and invited guests throughout the local area.
