EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction Recognized for Safety Performance

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) announced the recipients of its 2022 STEP Safety Management System Awards, with EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction being recognized in the Silver category for our achievement and ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program.

ABC’s safety program is based on the national STEP (Safety Training & Evaluation Process) model, a tool that helps to improve safety performance among construction industry participants, regardless of company size or type of work. The goal of STEP is to provide an organized approach to analyze and further develop a company’s safety and loss prevention. It’s the only program in the country that provides companies a structured approach to benchmark and improve safety efforts.
