Warwick Woodlands Takes Home Top Industry Award for Independent Living

Warwick Woodlands, the latest independent living neighborhood at Moravian Manor Communities, recently took home a top design award in the 2019 Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Awards.

EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction was honored to be part of the team along with RLPS Architects and RGS Associates.

The Senior Housing News awards celebrate unique projects and companies that are improving the lives of seniors through innovative design. A team of panelists from the senior living industry judge entries in 10 different categories and evaluate design and aesthetic criteria, landscape architecture, community functionality, and more.

Warwick Woodlands took home the top award in the Independent Living category.
