Red Clay Manor

Red Clay Manor is a first-of-its-kind affordable senior housing community located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. It is designated for seniors aged 62 and older and provides residence to households that are earning a limited percentage of the area’s median income.

Red Clay is situated on a former industrial site on the west side of Kennett Square borough. The $11.1 million project includes a 3-story building that features 60 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a community room, and community gardens.
