Just finishing his eighth restaurant construction project with EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction and starting a ninth, Jeff Roth is the proud owner of a new Turning Point Restaurant in Lancaster, PA.
The new location at 100 Rohrerstown Road in the Lime Spring Square shopping center replaces a Roth-owned Fuddruckers, first built by EGS in 2017.
Jeff decided to go with Turning Point’s breakfast/brunch offering because he thought it would be a better fit with the East Hempfield Township location.
Happy with the way things turned out, Jeff is already working with the EGS team on another Turning Point, this time in Camp Hill. Turning Point has more than 25 “homestyle country” franchises serving the mid-Atlantic States.
Over the years, Jeff has worked with EGS on eight projects, including multiple Fuddruckers franchises, a TCBY Yogurt, a Popeye’s Chicken, and a Tikka Shack Indian Grub in Hershey.
“There’s a reason why I haven’t used any other contractors.,” Jeff said. “They get the job done. They get it right.”
