Parkview Corner

Parkview Corner is an affordable senior living facility in Chambersburg, PA. EGStoltzfus worked on this project in partnership with UpStreet Architects and Luminest, a 501c3 certified nonprofit.

Located in a mixed-use area, the 3-story building includes 40 apartments with many amenities for residents including a café, fitness studio, beauty salon, and onsite health care facilities. A large community room features 2-story high ceilings with full-height windows, and a green roof provides unique outdoor living above the busy historic downtown streets.

Parkview Corner exceeds energy efficient requirements of ENERGY STAR® 3.0B, for 100% electric dwellings/building using all ENERGY STAR appliances and high-energy efficiency construction exceeding HERS Index of 60 or less.
