Meadow View

EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction served as general contractor for the Meadow View affordable housing project in Gettysburg, PA.

Located on 5.6 acres in Adams County, Meadow View features nine townhome buildings with a total of 36 units. There are 24 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units, with ADA Accessible units available.

Each home includes a private garage, front porch, and rear patio. Two-bedroom units have vaulted living/dining room ceilings and three-bedroom units include a bonus area suitable for a playroom or study.

A community building offers a spacious gathering place for residents and also houses management and supportive services offices.

Despite challenges with supply chain certainty and product availability throughout the course of the project, Meadow View successfully opened with great fanfare to the public in February 2023.
