Hopewell Manor

EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction served as general contractor for the Hopewell Manor project in Elverson, PA.

This senior living community features 71 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment rentals. The building was previously the home of Twin Valley Fire Department. Parts of the original building were maintained, including the banquet hall which continues to function as a space for both residents and the general Elverson community.

Apartment features include wall-to-wall carpet, fully equipped kitchen and panty, emergency pull bathroom, linen closet, in-unit heating/AC, and fire suppression system. ADA Accessible units are available.

Community space amenities include a coffee center, mail room, game room, computer room, TV lounges, fireplace lounge, and outdoor patio.
