Fuddruckers Restaurant

Fuddruckers is an American fast casual, franchised restaurant chain. EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction has served as general contractor for several of their locations in Lancaster and Dauphin counties.

This Mt. Joy, PA jobsite was an empty tenant space within a new building that was recently completed by another contractor. The exterior was finished but the interior had stone floors and stud walls.

EGStoltzfus installed all the plumbing, poured the concrete floor, and installed the walls and ceilings for the new restaurant.

Restaurants are always a fun challenge to build as they require extreme attention to detail. Each piece of kitchen equipment must have the proper plumbing, electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems with specific connection requirements. One example is kitchen hoods – designed and installed with sophisticated fire suppression systems to help prevent dangerous fire hazards from fryers and fuel-burning equipment.
