EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction served as general contractor for this market rate multi-family project in Lancaster, PA.

The project consisted of constructing an 8-unit apartment building for a private investment group. All apartments are 2 bedrooms with 2 baths, and the first-floor apartments are accessible. The 2nd floor units feature private balconies that overlook the nearby working farm.

Our team was responsible for coordinating the subcontractors onsite and ensuring all quality standards and deadlines were met. This was the first large-scale project for this client, and our experienced team was able to deliver a smooth process with limited challenges along the way.

EGStoltzfus will serve as general contractor for the second phase of the project which includes the construction of additional apartment units.
