EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction served as site manager for this multi-phase remodeling project in Lancaster, PA.

Executive Suites. This phase included removing former bank offices and converting the space into new offices as well as collaboration rooms, a breakroom, and restrooms.

Work was affected by COVID supply chain issues which delayed delivery of doors, windows, and light fixtures and challenged the schedule. But our team was able to reassess the project workflow and successfully fit these critical items into the work sequence at the end of the job.

Research and Development Offices. Old classrooms were removed and converted into new open-concept offices, a breakroom, computer room, and meeting and collaboration rooms. Due to the classified nature of the client’s work, sound-resistant features were integrated into some of the rooms to ensure private discussions.

Office and Breakroom. The owner experienced a sprinkler main break which flooded some existing office space. They handled the remediation and our team managed the drywall and paint repairs, new breakroom casework, and new flooring.
