Meadowview Health, part of the Penn Medicine LG Health network, is located at Landis Communities in Lititz, PA.
This project included the renovation a 1600 sq. ft. house built in 1604 into a medical clinic. Exterior and interior work was done including the restoration of its foundation and structural elements. EGS also managed the coordination of all fire ratings for mixed-use occupancy.
