The McCleary Hill project in Hagerstown, MD is a culmination of joint efforts between state government, non-profit, and private industry. Phase 1 featured 68 residential units in 18 buildings and a Community Center/Management Office on an 11.55-acre site. EGS also managed Phase 2 of the project and added acceleration and deceleration lanes on state highway MD Route 11.
