EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction Welcomes New Hires

We’re excited to welcome three new team members to EGStoltzfus Commercial
Construction.

Jheny Bueno

Jheny Bueno joins the organization as Compliance Manager & Bookkeeper, where she oversees compliance forms and wage reports while performing bookkeeping tasks and managing administrative staff.

Her most recent position was as Director of Customer Service & Administration for a luxury senior living facility. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work.

Jheny was born and raised in Colombia before moving to Miami, FL and later relocating to Lancaster, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her sons play baseball. She also enjoys walking, watching movies, and the Phillies.

Kristen Dice

Kristen Dice joins us as Contract Administrator and Assistant Project Manager, assisting with contract administration and various project management tasks for our commercial division.

She comes to us from Clark Food Service Equipment where she worked in Purchasing and Pre-Construction. Prior to that, she was a Contract Coordinator for School Specialty.

Kristen lives in Lancaster with her children and her dog. Outside of work, she is an avid pickleball player and enjoys going to the gym, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Christopher Crisafulli

Chris Crisafulli joins EGS as Site Manager, where he’ll oversee construction projects and work closely with team members to make sure our projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and achieve customer satisfaction.

Chris comes to us with extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. Most recently, he was with Vitro Architectural Glass (PPG Industries) for 15 years.

Originally from Baltimore, MD, Chris now lives in New Cumberland with his wife, three children, and several pets! Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors – fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, and shooting. Chris is also an avid animal lover, especially reptiles.
