EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction Welcomes New Hires

We’re excited to welcome five new team members to EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction.

Ricky Hoke

Ricky Hoke joins the organization as Site Manager, overseeing construction projects and working closely with team members to ensure projects are on schedule, meet quality expectations, and achieve customer satisfaction.

He comes to us from Premier Construction Group where he was Construction Superintendent for the past several years. Additionally, he holds a degree in engineering and has vast experience in commercial construction.

Ricky resides in the Hanover, PA area. Outside of work, he is an avid hunter and golfer.


Alan Robinson

Alan Robinson joins EGS as Site Manager, where he manages multiple aspects of our construction sites to ensure successful project execution and completion.

He joins us from Modlogiq where he was Assistant Superintendent working on high end commercial modular construction. Prior to that, he served as a foreman at Garrety Glass.

Originally from New Freedom, Alan now lives in Red Lion. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, landscaping, and archery.


Markell Caine

Markell Caine joins EGS as Assistant Site Manager, working closely with Site Managers to ensure the quality completion of our commercial construction projects.

He recently graduated from Thaddeus Stevens Carpentry Technology program.

Markell is from Lancaster and is excited to be back at EGS after interning with us last summer. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, football, running, and spending time with his family.


Jordan Potoka

Jordan Potoka joins us as Assistant Site Manager, assisting with construction site management and collaborating with team members to deliver quality projects.

He is a recent graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Residential Remodeling program.

Born and raised in Lancaster, Jordan is excited to begin his construction career. Outside of work, he enjoys bike riding, church, and car maintenance.


Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor joins the organization as Project Manager, responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget, while working to exceed customer expectations.

He comes to us from HDC MidAtlantic where he was Construction Manager. Prior to that, he worked in finance and accounting roles.

Additionally, Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in construction management.

Originally from Honeybrook, Sam now resides in Lititz. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, all Philly sports, and spending time with his daughter.

We’re thrilled to have this talented group join our organization!
