Project Profile: Moravian Manor

Moravian Manor offers many living choices for seniors – from residential homes to skilled nursing care. EGStoltzfus was tapped as general contractor for Phase I of their new Warwick Woodlands community. This community is a great example of a commercial-scale project that reflects the top trends in retirement living and focuses on residential comfort with many customization options for buyers.

To help residents choose the customizable features of their home, EGS developed an in-house program for Moravian Manor to use when presenting and documenting the residents’ design selections and customization requests.
