EGStoltzfus Announces New Hires

In his role, Ian works closely with Site Superintendents and other team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of our commercial construction projects.

Ian is a Lancaster, PA resident and holds an AAS degree in Residential Remodeling from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

In his role, Sam collaborates with internal team members, owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to assess work scopes and develop comprehensive and competitive project bids.

Sam is resident of Manheim, PA and holds a BS from Eastern University.

As estimator, Matt will work with fellow team members to build complete estimates and manage costs for our neighborhood homes throughout Lancaster, York, and Cumberland counties.

Matt resides in Leola, PA and holds an Associate degree in Architectural Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
