Project Details Our team was responsible for drafting the building design, constructing the villas, and completing driveway paving.
Each villa offers an open floor plan with custom kitchen, dining room, and living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and built-in bookshelves. Other features include a den with double glass pocket doors, large sunroom, full attic storage, and private garage.
The use of prefabricated wall panels allowed framers to assemble the villa structures in approximately two weeks, compared to the typical four weeks for traditional stick frame construction. A mild winter allowed our team to work continuously, while keeping disruptions to a minimum for the residents living in the adjacent, established section of the community.
