Moravian Manor Cottages at Warwick Woodlands

The Moravian Manor Cottages are a great example of a commercial-scale project that reflects the top trends in retirement living and focuses on residential comfort with many customization options for buyers.

With a traditional neighborhood design and mixed-use residential/commercial space, Phase 1 of this project included 80 carriage homes and townhomes with 11 floorplan options and multiple Colonial-style and Craftsman-style exteriors.

To maintain an accelerated build schedule of 2 homes per week and help residents choose their many home features, we developed an in-house program for Moravian Manor to use when presenting and documenting the residents’ design selections and customization requests.
